Ready Stock Return & Replacement Policy

General Provisions

  • We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
  • This return policy applies to all purchases made from our website or through our social media.
  • To prevent fraudulent activity, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video as evidence of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date. Any claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • We offer exchange for all eligible items.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Open packaging
  • Seal broken
  • Preorder Items
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer negligence

Return Timeline

  • You must initiate a return request within 24 hour of the purchase date.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will have 5 days to ship the item back to us.

Return Process

  • Initiate a return request through our website or by contacting customer service.
  • Upon approval, Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to our warehouse address given on the website.
  • Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility.
  • Replacements will be issued for claims that are returned to our warehouse within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • We only offer replacements for the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the purchase price.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges will be shipped to the address you provided during the return request process.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and the shipping costs for exchanges

Exceptions
